* BMW Is Turning Its Electric Vehicle Batteries Into a New Business.

* “British Lose Right to Claim That Americans Are Dumber.” Still, on the other hand, “Americans Regain Their Appetite for Gas Guzzlers,” demonstrating that Americans are also stupid and short-sighted.

I clicked through from that second link to the “Author Earnings” website and found a methodology so complicated that I couldn’t even evaluate it. “Author” appears to mean “someone who sells books on Amazon.” The whole project seems to revolve around advocacy for self-published or indie authors, and I’m skeptical of any site that doesn’t list full names of actual human beings on its “About” page…
